From this information, your custom design is manufactured by the orthotic laboratory and shipped to our clinic in 5-10 business days. Your order is designed to meet your biomechanical needs and mate to your footwear.

2. Dispensing (25min)

We make sure your new Custom Orthotics fit properly and you know how to use and care for them. Exercises may be prescribed for your foot health and other concerns

Supporting Documentation Provided For Insurance Claims:

1. Itemized receipt with the date Custom Orthotic was dispensed and payment completed.

2. Gait Analysis Report / Biomechanical Examination

3. Proof of Manufacturing Certificate detailing: Patient name, Invoice date/number, Shipping Date, Materials used to construct the orthotic, Laboratory Details, Dispensing Clinic & Provider Name, Casting Technique used to create the orthotic
